Precautions Regarding the Use of Copyrighted Works on the Class Support

The class support enables users to distribute teaching materials, present report exercises, and submit reports. It is important not to violate authors' rights when duplicating copyrighted works for use in these materials.
The duplication of copyrighted works at schools or other educational institutions is regulated under Article 35 of the Copyright Law that is referenced in the following material. There are many points that should be noted when duplicating copyrighted works.
The following materials were created by the guideline conference of Article 35 of the Copyright Law, and contain explanations and flowcharts relating to the duplication of copyrighted works for use on the class support. Please refer to these materials.
